Drace Logging Company

The Drace Logging Company is Luma’s family’s logging business, out of Erhadell.¹ It is nearly the only lumber supplier in the Silver Vale, with one other.¹ It treats the forest like an entity, and always grows more than it takes.¹

Regalia

The company’s emblem is a tree bearing red fruit, its trunk curving up inside a gold-edged circle. Its official seal is the same tree, stamped in a deep, rich brown wax.¹

History

Session 5

Luma’s family used to offload lumber at the Sterling Timber Yard outside Argentum, and much of the stock there is timber out of Erhadell.²

Session 14

A parcel from Mathas Drace reached Luma under the company’s seal on the night of the Vigil of Remembrance, 1714 PSF.¹ Mathas had finalized a short exploratory contract with the Sterling Timber Yard and Sawmill, of only fifty years, the shortest Luma had ever heard of.¹

Session 17

Lathiel's ledger says nothing of the contract between House Sterling and the company.³ Luma wrote to her family on 7 Nightdeep, 1714 PSF, to warn them about House Sterling.³
